Copenhagen Investment ApS is established under the name Real Estate Development ApS. The company's initial strategy focuses on acquiring distressed properties following the Financial Crisis.

2012

EXPANDING HORIZONS

The company establishes a development department
to concentrate on the re-development of properties
within its portfolio.

2014

BUILDING SUCCESS

By this time, Copenhagen Investment ApS maintains its investment approach and successfully creates a property portfolio measuring approximately 100,000 square meters.

2021

CONSOLIDATION

Copenhagen Investment ApS used the years of economic growth to consolidate, reducing the property portfolio to approx. 75,000 square meters.

2023

FORMING A NEW STRUCTURE

The company set up an investment department to invest in promising ideas.
